Before entering real estate, Atheena successfully owned and operated a painting and property services company for more than 14 years, managing residential, commercial, multifamily, and new construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her extensive experience gives clients valuable insight into property condition, renovations, maintenance, and value-add opportunities that many agents simply cannot offer.
